Bringing on 4 locations. This system is 99.2% accurate and does all of my inventory AND ordering in 15 minutes. All of my wells, shelves, and cabinets are organized perfectly. Saving $800/mo. I love it.

For anyone who knows the pains of spending hours and hours doing bar/restaurant inventory, this app was made with you in mind. After the setup with the helpful staff, it now only takes me 15 minutes to do inventory. This is a life saver and a $$$$$$ saver!! Basically paid for itself in 2 months! Thanks Partender.

After piloting Partender for 6 months at 3 locations and seeing huge ROI, we just expanded to 8 more of our outlets. What’s crazy is that setting up Partender this time (which took 4 hours on the old version) only took about 2 hours — and on a larger inventory (about $85K) compared to the last bar (about $45K). Honestly, the updates to Partender is incredible — I’ve never experienced such great service from a technology company, let alone a startup. It feels like every week there’s something new I’m getting for free (incredible). I can always call in and speak to a real person, and on top of that, I know my voice is heard because they literally released something I asked for a week after I suggested it. Before Partender, we had to start inventory Sunday at 8pm in order to finish by 2am (sometimes later) and meet our Monday order time. Since we started using Partender over a year ago, we start at 8pm and finish by 9pm. The newly-updated app (again), is *incredibly fast* (kudos to Team Partender!) This feels like magic and I’m so excited to see more on the app and online! PS. I really, really love that whenever I login on the app or online, there always seems to be a new feature, a new look, or a new value. It’s refreshing to say the least. Thank you.

Having operated notable, high-end hotels like Four Seasons, Trump, and Omni (as well as having seen Partender increase the bottom lines of my small, independent bars), Partender’s savings are no joke. Aside from the time & money savings, what I’m most grateful to Partender for is the effect it’s had on my staff — I’ve seen junior and senior bar and shift managers rise & train faster, make drinks faster (since Partender has helped organize my bars by providing us "a blueprint” of how our shelves should be laid out), and make more money (aka work happier) because we’ve saved so much money from labor and bev cost that I gave some of it back to my staff to incentivize them to keep up the good work. Not to mention, Partender prevented me from running out of stock this month for St. Patrick’s Day, and I can’t even imagine how much more we made by having enough Jameson in stock. Maybe I could have done this without Partender, but it sure would have taken me much longer than two weeks to get this organized and would have been such a headache. For the price of a dozen drinks a month, Partender’s done so much for all of my businesses. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you.

Heard about Partender from a friend and also saw it featured on Bar Rescue! I wish I had this app when I did inventory back in the day when I worked at a bar. Now that I work in the medical field, wondering if we can use this for medical equipment inventory. Seems like the potential opportunity for use are endless!

So easy to do inventory. Super fast.

....... this app seems fricken unbelievable but I was unable to sign in or load basic info so I had to uninstall. Bummer because this looks to be a genius app.

Great idea, however developers that dont include in-app purchase, membership required or you have to send email or do a trial offer before getting price information obviously do not stand by their product. Its dishonest and sly, the first thing requested of user is to put in an email address. The app screams SCAM. Im sure the idea at any reasonable cost is great, needed and useful. It is disappointing. And Im sure they restrict any conflicting reviews so beware!!

This app doesnt have the wells that my bar has. And wont let me enter them. Dumb.

am a bartender at a boutique restaurant and we LOVE Partender! It took a bit of time doing the initial set up but faster than it would have been if we did it without the software. Their customer service is impeccable. We got a call within 5 minutes of signing up! They provided us amazing tips on how to initially set up our bar and also made themselves available anytime to call! Like, literally.. we had to call at 2am for some technical help and were surprise to have someone answer and still be excited to help out! The inventory software is a monthly subscription though but they dont have a contract so thats good. I hate contracts! We are now exploring the food inventory option that they offer so hopefully that works out well too!

Why hasnt anyone else come up with this approach?

The same reason why you count the case in the register at the end of the night is the same reason why you count the liquid cash on your shelf. And Partender makes it super simple and fast.

I feel like its a cliche to say this app was life changing but it really was. We now know exactly what we have in our two storage areas and our store right away! There is no guessing, just check your phone and you are connected to your inventory. Inventory is done in a snap and the order is emailed to you within seconds- this cuts down on time and payroll! I cant say enough about partender! Its like our secret weapon!!!!
